The product should be applied using your fingertips. Start by applying three small dots inside the eye and then by tapping the product with the fingertip, from the inside of the eye, and gradually outwards.
This helps fluids drain. Then, using two fingers, smooth over the eye area, from the top of the cheekbone to the temples, in up-down strokes. Also, apply to the fixed eyelid (the area just below the eyebrow) from the inside out.
