How to use
Take two capsules daily, preferably one in the morning and one in the evening, or as recommended by your dermatologist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

During sun exposure it is important to apply a suitable topical photoprotector. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.

I took 1 bottle and I saw a nice difference on my skin on hydration and glowing. I decided to continue with a second bottle and it really worked on my pigmentation. Give it a chance but always use suncare as well. Heliocare has also nice sunscreens. I am using the oil free

Τις δοκίμασα αλλα δεν είδα απευθείας την επιθυμητή διαφορά. Φυσικά οι πανάδες μου ειδικά μετά την εγκυμοσύνη μου ήταν παααρα πολυ έντονες. Στην τελική με το που τέλειωσα το δεύτερο μπουκαλάκι είδα τεράστια διαφορά που δεν περείμενα!!
