How to use
Single it, Double it, Mix it – your taste, your choice! Take 1-2 large tablespoons (15-30ml) per day. For maximum absorption take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Drink on its own or mix with juice or water. With 200% of your daily needs in Manganese and 100% of your daily needs in Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C and 5g of protein, we also recommend taking the product during the day as an energy boost.
